开封青天伟业流量仪表有限公司(原开封青流流量仪表有限公司)是在流量仪表基地开封注册的以流量仪表为主的集研制、开发、设计和生产于一体的高新技术企业。公司投资五百余万元，占地面积余六千平方米，现有职工70人，其中中工程师及技术人员30余人。公司拥有的生产设备，检测仪器及完善的配套设施，建立了省、市认可的由微机控制的具有先进水平的气体（DN15-DN300）、液体（DN15-DN800）流量标准装置。
